Paul Kuppich

Partner & Co-Head of Project Management, New York

Paul is a member of the Capital Formation Team. He is responsible for origination, and leading capital advisory activities across asset classes.

Prior to joining Aviditi, Paul was a member of Credit Suisse’s Private Funds Group. In this role, he was responsible for designing and executing global marketing campaigns on behalf of leading private equity sponsors across a variety of sectors. Paul previously served as a lawyer with Weil, Gotshal & Manges where he advised sponsors and represented institutional investors in connection with private equity investments and fund formation.

Paul received his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the New York Bar Association.

Business Continuity Plan

We are committed to protecting the interests of its clients in the event of a business disruption. This Business Continuity Plan (the “Plan” or the “BCP”) summary details how the Firm will respond to events that significantly disrupt its business.

The Firm’s BCP addresses all areas affected by a business disruption of any type: data backup and recovery, financial and operational systems and assessments, alternative communications with clients, employees and regulators, as well as critical suppliers and banks, and alternate physical location of employees if necessary.
