Perrin is a member of the Liquidity Solutions Team, responsible for advising on LP and sponsor-led secondary transactions across industry sectors.

Prior to joining Aviditi, Perrin was an Investment Manager on Ardian’s Secondaries Team where he evaluated and executed LP-led & sponsor-led transactions. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of the investment due diligence process. Before that, Perrin was an Associate Investment Director at Cambridge Associates.

Perrin received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Public Policy & Law from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.

Business Continuity Plan

We are committed to protecting the interests of its clients in the event of a business disruption. This Business Continuity Plan (the “Plan” or the “BCP”) summary details how the Firm will respond to events that significantly disrupt its business.
