Leaf is a Co-Head of the Capital Solutions Team. He is responsible for origination and execution of Capital Solutions mandates.

Prior to joining Aviditi, Leaf was a Director at KKR in the Capital Markets Group. He was responsible for the sourcing and execution of equity and debt related transactions on behalf of KKR portfolio companies as well as third party clients. Prior to that, Leaf was a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division in the Global Consumer and Retail group. Leaf began his career at Cambridge Associates and later moved to Citigroup in the Global Markets division.

Leaf received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.

Business Continuity Plan

We are committed to protecting the interests of its clients in the event of a business disruption. This Business Continuity Plan (the “Plan” or the “BCP”) summary details how the Firm will respond to events that significantly disrupt its business.
