Sarah is responsible for establishing and leading Aviditi’s global HR function, designing and implementing Human Capital strategies to support critical business and talent priorities and continued growth.

Sarah brings nearly two decades of financial services HR experience to the Aviditi team. Prior to joining, Sarah acted as a senior HR advisor for Apollo Global Management and served as a strategic and executive HR partner at Castleton Commodities International, Legg Mason, BlackRock, Credit Suisse, and Lehman Brothers/Barclays Capital.

Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & French from Drew University.

Business Continuity Plan

We are committed to protecting the interests of its clients in the event of a business disruption. This Business Continuity Plan (the “Plan” or the “BCP”) summary details how the Firm will respond to events that significantly disrupt its business.
